Please fill out the form below with as much detail about your CUSTOM ORDER request as possible. For orders to be completely submitted into production, a representative from Memorial Bakery must have emailed or called to review your custom order. 

A minimum deposit of 50% is due once your order has been reviewed. The remaining balance must be paid on pick-up. All regular orders require 2 full business days to be completed. Custom orders and large orders must allow 5-7 business days for completion. This varies case to case and will be decided upon when the order is placed. 

WEDDING CAKE ORDERS must be placed at least two full business weeks before the event date and must be PAID IN FULL upon ordering. Special cases do vary and availability is limited. Please plan accordingly. 

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHEN FILLING OUT THE FORM:

• Custom iced cookies have a 1-2 week lead time.

• Once we have the details of your order, we can tell you a precise lead time and the cost.

• For custom cookies, the minimum quantity for any one design is 6 cookies
